These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and pe999 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pe999 website located at https://pe999.app and all associated services, products, software, and content offered by pe999 (collectively, the "Platform").

pe999 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming licence, providing services to eligible players including, without limitation, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and sports betting with a primary focus on Pakistani players.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. pe999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the pe999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money balances and bonus balances where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives awarded to a Player by pe999 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player using a supported payment method such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support, and other features made available through the pe999 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the pe999 Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on pe999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pe999 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentation to verify age where necessary.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of pe999, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pe999 Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily due to a violation of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. pe999 shall not be held liable for losses or inconveniences arising from inaccurate or outdated registration details provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying pe999 immediately via the support channel at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

pe999 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or suspend an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on pe999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pe999 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast.

Deposits:

• Deposits are processed in real time subject to the operational availability of the relevant payment provider.
• pe999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated without prior notice.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. Deposits made solely for the purpose of exploiting currency conversion or payment system arbitrage are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• pe999 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Where Bonus Funds are present in an Account, the applicable Wagering Requirements must be met before the associated Real Money Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• pe999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing timeframes.
• pe999 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per period. Any winnings exceeding this limit will be paid in instalments at pe999's discretion.

pe999 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are awarded at pe999's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus offers carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid only on the specific game(s) stated in the promotion and expire within the time period specified.
• pe999 reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus Funds, free spins, or associated winnings if it determines that the promotion was claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• Players who have opted into the self-exclusion programme or who have voluntarily set deposit limits may not be eligible to receive certain promotional offers.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the pe999 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the pe999 sportsbook.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after funds have been used for gaming purposes.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal financial transaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Players who discover such issues must report them to pe999 support immediately.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing any other person to access or use your Account.

pe999 employs real-time transaction monitoring and fraud detection systems. Accounts found in violation of any of the above prohibitions will be suspended immediately, relevant authorities may be notified, and all balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

All content available on the pe999 Platform — including but not limited to the pe999 brand name, logo, trademarks, game titles, graphics, user interface designs, text, software, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pe999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without pe999's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Using pe999 trademarks or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pe999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or server downtime beyond pe999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game data resulting from genuine technical errors, subject to pe999's error correction policy.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pe999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pe999 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Players. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by pe999's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an Account, you consent to pe999 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of Services. pe999 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

pe999 may be required to disclose Player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions where required by applicable law or court order.

pe999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

pe999 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic notifications to alert them when they have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of their choosing, during which no gaming activity is permitted.

Either party may terminate the gaming relationship governed by these Terms at any time and for any reason.

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting pe999 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

Termination by pe999: pe999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• pe999 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.
• A Player has provided false or misleading registration information.

Where pe999 terminates an Account for cause, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. pe999 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the Player within a reasonable time.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pe999 holds its international gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of pe999's licensing jurisdiction. You irrevocably waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in those courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact pe999's support team to attempt an informal resolution. pe999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

pe999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice posted prominently on the Platform and, where practicable, via email to the address registered on the Player's Account.

The revised Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform.
